Amy Mayka had over 15 years of strategic management, finance, and human resource experience with large corporations such as MassMutual before pursuing her own entrepreneurial role.
Following her school-age passion, Amy successfully branded and ran her own competitive cheerleading gym where her athletes competed in and won national championships up and down the east coast. After the sale of her business, Amy’s unique background in planning and managing cross-functional business operations offered her an easy transition into small business consulting.
It was not until 2017 that Amy accepted the position of Partner at the ROI Group where her focus is on Client Services, Compliance, and Business Development.
